Custom Care was started by Phil Coulson in 2001. Phil brings 28 years experience with him, 6 of which were spent working throughout Florida, one of the industry's most challenging regions. Coming to Idaho in 1997, "Idaho surprised me", says Phil. "The pest population isn't as persistent as it is in the south, but the variety of pests that we deal with here is greater." Custom Care's success comes from Phil's attention to organization. "Coming out of one of the industry's most respected companies, I've been able to bring that experience to Custom Care. Large companies have the infrastructure to depend on, but sometimes they lose touch with their customer. I use the same types of organizational systems, but I focus on giving great service."
