BEWARE!
“Signed on with this local company about 5 yrs ago. They have done an adequate job, however, the last 5 yrs have been filled with miscommunication / misunderstandings. They failed to contact me for a scheduled spraying. I reached out to the owner, Mr Willie Cripps. He stated that I have been dropped as they have taken on a lot of new customers and have more than they can handle. Again, I received no notification. I had a termite bond and scheduled bi annual spraying. Stay away - have signed on with Terminix and extremely pleased with professionalism, service and pricing. BEWARE!” -

“The absolute worse exterminating co in the area. Never return calls to set up annual inspections. When someone does answer phone they say they will be out certain day but never show up or call to let you know they won't be coming out. Terrible business ethics.”
