Founded by Bill Spradlin back in 1961, while he was living in Plattsmouth. The family soon moved to Bellevue where Bill and his son Bill (Bugsy) continued to grow the business doing inspections and general pest control, specializing in termites. Bugsy's daughter, Vicki, took over the company in 2017. We continue to work with realtors doing termite inspections, treatment of termites and general pest control. Family owned business for three generations.
