Tag Wildlife Removal
Worst company ever!
“Called TAG for estimate for what we thought was squirrels getting into the roof. Tim checked it out on 4/17/17, said it was a raccoon, probably pregnant looking for somewhere to have babies. He set up a trap outside. Didn't hear from him for weeks, called and he finally came back, nothing in the trap. Raccoons got into the house and sounded like they were scratching through the walls. He came over and said yes, they were in there and he put more bait in the trap and left. Heard nothing from him for a few weeks, made a few calls but no return calls. He finally came back about 3 weeks ago and said the raccoon was gone and now its squirrels. He set another trap in the front yard, which is still there and empty and haven't heard from him since. When he came for the estimate, he sounded like he knew what he was talking about and he would take care of things and if there were any problems at all, just call him and he would get right back to us. Yeah, right. He had no problem taking my moms 575.00 cash though. I've called several times and he still doesn't call back. I informed him that I will be filing a case in small claims court, still nothing. Next week I will be filing the papers and getting in touch with the BBB and Consumer Affairs. He is very unprofessional and unreliable. Just needs to come pick up his traps and return our money, we don't want him doing anything else. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company at all, even for the smallest problem, there are so many better professionals out there. Service is horrible. Too bad I cant rate lower than a 1.”
